Your Profile Feature
Edit your profile
To edit your profile hover over the profile link when you login. This will display a drop menu from which you can select edit your profile, such as age, gender hometown city etc, most of these fields are required to enable you and your friends to see your location on their friends map.
You can also change your privacy by selecting the privacy link where you will be able to show or hide your profile to other users.
Friends
The friends tab will allow you to search for new friends, add new friends or invite friends.
Applications
The applications tab allows you to add features to your profile such as twitter, friends locations on a map, your own blog, comments, your submitted scrambles, and the wall, which is similar to the face book wall.
Twitter
If you have a twitter account you can add your twitter posts to your profile by activating the twitter application.
Wall
This is very similar to face book where your wall shows posts made by you and your friends. friends location. This uses the Google map technology to automatically add your friends to your own personal map which will display your friend’s locations.
My Comments
Whenever you make a comment within the content pages of the website it will add this to your profile.
My Blog.
This is your own personal blog for you to have on your profile. Built with a rich text editor for you format your text and images.
Status.
This is a simple text box to show how you feel where you can right anything you like such as "I am feeling happy"
My Scrambles
This feature will display any of the scrambles you have added to the site
Inbox
This is your personal mail system within the website, you can use this to send your friends personal mail.
Photos
You will have your own photos gallery where you can upload your photos to, and create separate galleries to categorise your photos.
Videos
Our servers are capable of converting your avi, wmv, mpeg files into flash, just like YouTube. You can post videos from your profile. The maximum size is 500mb. Please be aware that videos may take some time to upload depending on your Internet connection and the size of your video. Once you click upload please do not leave the page until the success message appears.
The Forum
This is a common feature in most websites, where you can discuss topics about scrambling and other interests the entire site.
Scrambling Routes
This area will display scrambles you have added the the scrambling directory. You will be able to upload one main image of the route and eight additional photos of the route.
